Looks like the reviews are going to start rolling out for the 2015 WRX soon, Driving Sports TV filmed us a sound teaser.
Could be a little louder for my tastes, but not still bad.

Man that car looks so pedestrian.
Also, I think it sounds terrible... Probably the recording media though. I'd have to hear it in person.

Sounds like a BRZ. I don't mind it.

I agree. It doesn't have that same goofy boxer rumble as the previous WRX's.

They made the same problem BMW did in 2006.
It's just 12 feet of "some car."

Yeah, it sounds very... hollow and mechanical almost. I want the old WRX back :(

Makes sense uses the same engine except turbo charged. I think the stock frs sounds kind of meh...

Where is the rumble :(

I'm fairly certain their recording equipment was improperly installed or sucks. I've heard the new car in another video and it still has that distinct Subaru rumble.

Well that's good. I am sure with a louder exhaust these things will sound awesome! Maybe like a BRZ with UELs since they use the same engine.

Fuck, this thing has lost ALL of its character. Not just a little bit, all of it. The rumble, stand out wide body looks, stand out performance, no auto, shit interior, functional aerodynamics, and I'm sure there's more that I'm forgetting. It's obvious the direction Subaru is heading, mediocre mainstream shit. There's nothing to differentiate this from any other awd turbo sedan. Subaru needs a lessen from itself from 2004.

Exactly. But once you wake it up it gets pretty nice and burbly.
